A Little Girl Kept Safe Through a TFG Hosting
With little heads-up, Charlize suddenly found herself preparing for her abuser to walk back through her apartment door, and was afraid for her daughter, Selena. Her worst fear was that her ex would act out violently against Selena. All she needed was a place for Selena to spend the night, somewhere she would be loved and cared for—but most of all—somewhere safe.

An Emergency Hosting On Valentine’s Day
It seems like everywhere you turn in the month of February, there is a little note, marketing quip, or sign about how to show someone they are loved. This past month at Together for Good, volunteers set the bar when it comes to showing vulnerable families that they are seen, known, and loved.
In fact, on Valentine’s Day, a host family went above and beyond to help a participant mom who had suddenly become sick with the flu.

Miraculous Timing: 3 Crisis Needs Met Within Minutes
As Jen drove home that night, she reflected on the day. Three crisis calls in the span of only 6 hours, drastically different needs, all urgent, all important, and all met.
